Changes to CQP Constitution
1. The Executive Commitee comprises President, Vice President (Rugby), Vice President (Administration), Secretary, Treasurer and Immediate Past President (if applicable )
2. The Rugby Committee comprises Vice President (Rugby), Club Captain, Club Coach, Women's Captain, Youth Convenor, Sevens Convenor
3. The Selection Committee comprises Selection Convenor, Fixture Secretary, Referees Secretary, Club Coach and Team Captains (or Managers, as appropriate)
4 . The Administration Committee comprises Vice President (Administration), Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager, Social Convenor, Membership Secretary, Special Projects Officer .
The Executive, Rugby and Administration Committees shall meet at least once in each calendar month and the Selection Committee weekly during the season.
The election of Executive, Rugby (including Selection) and Administration Committees will take place at the Annual General Meeting, which this year will be Monday 9th May.
Should that meeting be inquorate at the announced time it will take place 30 minutes later with those present.
